We have an on-farm butchery offering a chopping up service for people who have reared their own livestock and want to have it professionally butchered. We can cut the animal be it a cow, pig or sheep up anyway you require.
Dry Curing and Smoking
If you would also like to make your own bacon or gammon we can dry cure and smoke pork middles and legs!
